Because of dietary and taste restrictions of my Mother, much of where I wanted to go and try out was pretty much out of the picture, along with the fact that i was trying to get out of debt, so eating out was a luxury I couldn't afford at the time.
With my debt now gone and my caregiving days are behind me, I'm starting with some of the favorites that I know and love.
This past Wednesday, November 8th, that started with Wildflower Bakery on Guadalupe and McClintock. Their Chicken Parmesan is one of the best, served over bread. Yum.
