Can Large Companies Still Innovate?

Google On Innovation

This is an outstanding question to be asking when many jobs, particularly those in the tech field, rely on innovation.  It's also something the smaller companies should think about, in looking for ways that they can innovate in a way that provides more bang for their smaller bank accounts.

I saw Tom McEntee of Geneabloggers tweet that he was looking at your site. Being very interested in genealogy technology, I went to your site. Looking at your picture makes me have to ask: Are you knowingly closely related to the Randy Sells family of Mt. Vernon, IL? You look just like all of them. I first thought maybe you were one of them.

Anyway, I am working on the new GEDCOM effort at bettergedcom.wikispaces.com, which hasn't been officially launched yet. I hope you'll check it out after our launch in the next day or two.

Thank you for stopping by!

I'd love to meet Randy Sells to find out where his family is from. My Father's Father (John Sells) died just before my Father was born, so we know nothing of the Sells family except that he was from Tennessee.

My Mother called just last night and is wanting to go to Tennessee to see if she can find out anything there about the Sells family, as it is I've not been able to find any record of John Sells except on my Father's Birth Certificate.

It's funny you mention my appearance, as I actually take after my Mother's side of the family, through the Kersey line of Lafayette, Indiana. My Mother and I were both born in Cincinnati, Ohio.

More information on my family line can be found on my personal web site: http://members.cox.net/dawnbushman1/genindex.html

I'm telling you, you look exactly like this Sells family. Here's one of their kids, Scott Sells.

Scott was a year or two behind me in school and is now in Indiana.

Randy Sells came from somewhere in Ohio, one of the big cities. We'll find out at church tomorrow. He is a minister at a church here ( http://www.thenewcentral.com/about_staff.html ).

I'll let you know what we find out from Randy.
