Last week I ordered pet supplies at Petsmart, but I was planning on picking up when I take Mom’s dog in for grooming on Wednesday. I just got a message that the order was canceled because I didn’t pick it up within their “window”.
I’ll still bring the dog in for grooming, but I guess the purchase will be made at Walmart.
Congratulations, Petsmart, you lost a sale.
