Self Quarantine Day 1 - 21 March 2020

It’s Saturday and I’m starting a new routine around the house whilst I’m here full time.

Last night, I fed the cats and I our food and watched a little of Paul Krugman’s MasterClass on economics.  It’s very good and the topics are quite varied and extensive, but it shows how economics touches everything here in the United States.

I took an Ambien as I’ve not been sleeping through the night all this week and I’m at the point of exhaustion.

This morning I got up at 6am without an alarm, I’ve fed the cats, fed myself, unloaded the dishwasher and have started a load of dishes.

While eating breakfast and taking my medications, I’m watching the MasterClass on Judy Blume and Writing.
